We are all getting our group picture before
adventuring out to go Trick or Treating at
First Federal Bank.
So excited.....

Lots of people working there that were so
happy to see us coming in.
Everyone welcomed us and was
so sweet to all the kids.

This was our starting point, and then
we got to go down some halls
to other peoples offices..
Yes, and they all had CANDY!!!

There are a lot of interesting places in this bank.
And we found some of them...

I hope and pray that everyone
has a safe pleasent evening
Safety first...
Seriously no candy was ate at school today!
We figured it better all be saved to tonight.
Treats were pumkin cookies and punch.

Another awesome pretty cool day outside.
We got the big parachute out and let them wave it in the wind.

Mrs. Betty our friend from the
Boone Co. Library has come today
to read to the children.
We love her very much
Mrs. Betty comes in singing each time
She has two lovely songs for the kids every visit.
Then she reads stories to them.

Wind blowing the beautiful leaves right to the ground. We went on a leaf hunt and wanted to make our own trees inside. What a beautiful project. Here are some pictures of our nice art work.

Just Chillin with friends!

The weather has just been perfect. We have had a blast spending time in the afternoon outside. We know it wont be long till we will be limited on our outside time, so we are just having fun while we can. The breeze we have been having has made it so nice for staying out as long as we can. It's just a lot of fun outside.

Raelynn's beautiful song...

There was a little caterpillar
Climbing up the tree
He wiggled long
He wiggled short
He wiggled right at me.

I put him in a box
Now don't go away I said
Open up the box
It's a butterfly instead

I could never make one
Even if I tried
Only God in Heaven
Can make a butterfly!

Happy Birthday Jasigha

Texture's

Today we discussed texture's of different items. One of our projects was to close our eyes and feel the things around us. During circle time we prepared a feelie box. We took turns placing our hands in the box and guessing if the object was soft, hard, etc., then naming the object.

Afterwards our food experience was pudding in a bag. In a sealing sandwich bag we put 1/2 cup of milk and two tablespoons of instant pudding in it. We shook and kneaded the bag until it turned thick. Yum... then we took our spoons and ate the pudding. This gave the kids a chance to feel that at first it was all liquid and then it turned to a more squishier substance. It was a lot of fun and we enjoyed it very much as you can see!.

Finger Licking Good!

This is so cute, as Aiden is eating his lunch of corn dogs, grapes, french fries, bread and milk. He finds the ketchup on his plate just as appetising!. I don't blame him, I love ketchup myself. He was using his fingers to lick it off the plate. Yum!

Burrrrr.......

Let's just start off by saying Burr....
it's getting cold out there today,
with that wind is making it feel even colder.

So here we are on these cold days
finding more inside things to do then outside.
Games are always fun....

Payton and Nate have made a fun choice.

It's all in a day of learning and having fun!
