THING 1 AND THING 2

This morning as we were starting to bake Ms. Betty from the
Boone Co. Library showed up to read us some fabulous books
One called Clifford's Hiccups and the other was Clifford's Happy Easter.
We all love Ms Betty and she LOVES us sooo much.

Starting to make our cupcakes, Peyton starts with putting
the mix into the bowl.
That packaging was so tough he had to use scissors to open it.

Chandler doing his part in putting in the oil.

And of course the eggs, the messy part
We are learning and its fun...surprising when
it actually breaks. yikes

Then Caleb and Jaden making sure it gets
stirred up really good.

Then trying to get the batter in the little cup...

Keeton working on putting the oil in the second batch.

Klaira wasn't so sure about the egg thing
But she did want to try and she did a fabulous job.
Thank You Klaira!!!

OK seriously Bryan was having fun. the Camera caught
the look of concern on his face when I tried to get him
to break a egg... He had fun really he did.

Now stirring the batter was a little funner.

Caleb loved helping and got so excited about
getting to stir. The best part that he enjoyed was licking
a spoon afterwards.

The biggest smile of all, Keeton couldn't get enough of this.

OK now that we are all done, they are suppose to look
like THING 1, & THING 2. Hair!!!
Eating the cotton candy on top was yummy!!!

We have learned some about THING 1 and THING 2
They are CAT AND THE HAT'S BEST EST FRIENDS
AS WELL AS US!!!

We have had a fun day baking and painting and
eating fun stuff, by the way we had pancakes for
lunch, we were playing outside and did not notice
how much time had passed, by 12 noon we knew
we had to eat lunch soon and the freezer food
would take to long to cook. But with all
that syrup who is going to complain.

Sticky fingers!!!

Raelynn helped mix, bake, and decorate.
Now she is enjoying the final project and loves it!!
Continue for tomorrow the Celebration of Cat in the Hats Birthday on Friday!!.
