Cinco De Mayo

Celebrating Day's are so much fun, no matter what the occasion. The holiday of Cinco De Mayo, The 5th Of May, commemorates the victory of the Mexican militia over the French army at The Battle Of Puebla in 1862. It is primarily a regional holiday celebrated in the Mexican state capital city of Puebla and throughout the state of Puebla, with some limited recognition in other parts of Mexico, and especially in U.S. cities with a significant Mexican population.

Bright colors and awesome foods, chips, and sodas. What could be any better.
Celebrate, Celebrate, dance to the music.........................................................

Children to the right are celebrating their heritage by performing. All dressed accordingly.
Group picture after some awesome dancing wearing our Sombrero's and shaking our Morocco's.

We celebrated our Cinco de Mayo feast by making home made tacos, we ate nachos and mild salsa, and orange pop. Everyone got to make their own, just how they like it. Yum...Delicious!!.
