The fire men showed us a lot today. First if your clothes are
on fire, you STOP DROP and ROLL. Then he had all the kids STOP DROP and ROLL. They asked the kids if they ever see matches or a lighter on the ground to never pick it up but to tell their parents what they had seen.

Landon got to put on the suit to show the other kids it is ok and to not be afraid. That even if the firemen have on their big suits on to not be afraid of them. Like Landon is still Landon, even though he wears those big clothes.

On the big fire truck he showed the kids the hoses, where the water comes out, and was showing them their
oxygen tanks and their masks.

They left with us today a pamplet to give to our mom's and dad's. It has a plan inside for you to talk to your children of a route to take in case of fire in your home. A MEETING PLACE. The kids know where are meeting place is here at school, because we do our drills each month. But this is very important. These little guys all need to know what to do at home. And they will remember. Give your family a night together that you all can go over this information. Very Important !!!.

Kaidon made a wonderful fire fighter today, he had fun playing as though he was putting fires out on the playground. Yesterday Kaidon was in a accident here at school. We prayed for him and his finger as he was at the hospital getting stitches, due to another child not being safe with his scissors. Our 3 yr olds will not be practicing cutting skills till they are 4. We love you Kaidon and glad that your finger will be ok.

More fire fighters putting out house fires on the playground.

When our fire truck pulled away from the building at school. They put on the lights and sirens were blaring all the way around the corner and down the road. That was awesome that they did that for us.

More fire fighters WOW.

Today we painted our feet to make some awesome ghosts. I hope you all enjoyed them.

Nice coloring in our fire prevention coloring books.

GHOSTS !!!!!!!

Happy Peyton with his big fire hat on.

The crew that got to be outside with the fire truck. It was to early and chilly for the little guys.
